Applications are now open for the Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS) 2025, a fully funded programme by the Malaysian Government designed to attract international students to pursue Master’s and PhD degrees at top universities across Malaysia. There is no application fee, and students can apply without the need for an IELTS certificate. Financial Coverage
