The SINGA Scholarship 2025 provides an incredible opportunity for doctoral studies in science and engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), an esteemed institution in Asia. Financial Benefits

The SINGA Scholarship 2025 is a fully funded program that provides the following benefits to the selected students:

  • Full tuition fees
  • Monthly stipend of S$ 2,700 and a top-up of S$ 500 per month after passing the Qualifying Examination
  • One-time airfare grant of up to S$ 1,500
  • One-time settling-in allowance of S$ 1,000
  • Medical insurance
  • Conference allowance

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be international students (non-Singaporeans/non-PRs)
  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Have a strong interest and passion for research
  • Have good academic records and research potential
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have good written and spoken English
  • Meet the admission requirements of NTU
