Eligibility Criteria
- Must reside in one of the eligible countries (listed above).
- Must be currently employed, self-employed, or between jobs.
- Should have no more than five years of professional experience (those with more experience but not in a managerial role can also apply).
- Must have completed intermediate/high school or hold a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or associate degree.
- Must be proficient in English, as the program will be delivered in English.
