Financial Benefits
The SINGA Scholarship 2025 is a fully funded program that provides the following benefits to the selected students:
- Full tuition fees
- Monthly stipend of S$ 2,700 and a top-up of S$ 500 per month after passing the Qualifying Examination
- One-time airfare grant of up to S$ 1,500
- One-time settling-in allowance of S$ 1,000

Eligibility Criteria
- Be international students (non-Singaporeans/non-PRs)
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study
- Have a strong interest and passion for research
- Have good academic records and research potential
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have good written and spoken English
- Meet the admission requirements of NTU
