Annually, the institution presents the Padua International Excellence Scholarship to exceptionally talented international students worldwide, seeking to pursue Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs at the University of Padova.The scholarship also allows the students to study without IELTS or any other English language proficiency test.
The University of Padova Scholarship 2024-25 is a fully funded scholarship programme that covers the tuition fees and provides a monthly allowance of € 8,000 (gross amount) per academic year to international students who wish to enrol in one of the university’s Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees completely held in English.

Financial Benefits
- A tuition fee waiver, which means that the students do not have to pay any tuition fees for their degree programme.
- A monthly allowance of € 8,000 (gross amount) per academic year, which can be used to cover the living expenses, such as accommodation, food, transportation, books, etc.
- The only amount to be paid by the students for each year consists of an admission fee, corresponding to the regional tax and marca da bollo.

Study at Padova University: No IELTS Required!
Individuals who have obtained their prior degrees from English-taught institutions can submit an English proficiency certificate, granting them an exemption from the IELTS/TOEFL test.
Alternatively, students from English-native countries, including but not limited to Ireland, Jamaica, Malta, New Zealand, the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, etc., are also excused from the English language test requirement.
