The Higher School of Economics (HSE) of National Research University offers fully financed scholarships that cover
- all tuition costs and associated expenses.
- The cost of subsidized housing in the HSE dorms is around 1400 rubles per month for a two-year term.
Eligibility criteria
- International candidates, including non-Russian citizens, stateless persons, or Russian nationals residing outside Russia, are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should be currently enrolled in grades 10-11 for 11-year high school programs or levels 11-12 for 12-year programs.
- International high school graduates are also eligible.
- All applicants must be under 30 years old.
