Eligibility Criteria

- A social or democratic activist from anywhere in the globe may submit an application.

There are four parts on the applicant form:
- Proposal for a Project Using Personal Data

- Your educational history, community service, extracurricular activities, and/or professional experience should be highlighted in your curriculum vitae or CV.
