The King Abdulaziz University scholarship will provide recipients with the following benefits:

Eligibility criteria for King Abdulaziz University Scholarships
To be eligible for the King Abdulaziz University Scholarship, Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
First / Bachelor’s requirements:
- The student must be of good character and behavior.
- The student must have obtained a high school graduation certificate or its equivalent in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia or abroad.
- The student’s high school graduation certificate should be no older than 3 years.
- Undergraduate students must be at least 17 years old or over 25 years old.
- Students must be accompanied by a relative who falls within the scope of the prohibited degree with the usual resident.
- Students must meet the admission requirements.
Second/master’s and doctoral requirements:
- Master’s students must be under 30 years old and doctoral students under 35 years old
- Students must have a qualification recognized in his / her country, with a minimum grade (very good), in case of awarding the final grade classification in the estimate.
- English language test certificate.
- The student must submit two letters of recommendation from former faculty or staff members.
- Students may not be expelled from any Saudi institution.
- Candidates for Arabic language and literature Islamic law and studies sociology psychology information science must have professional spoken and written Arabic courses.
Required documents for King Abdulaziz University Scholarships
- Curriculum vitae of the applicant.
- The purpose statements must be in English for all courses except Islamic and Arabic studies.
- A copy of the previous degree certificate (certified by the Saudi Embassy).
- Copy of the record (certified by the Saudi Embassy).
- Letters of recommendation must be submitted by his former professors.
- A photocopy of the passport is valid for at least one year.
